Before working with Sarah, I wasn’t very confident in my coaching ability I also wasn’t very confident in my parent ability and after working with Sarah I really realized everyday situations wi5 our kids are moments for them to learn, moments for them to model our behavior so it really is important that we show them to be the most confident person that you can. So, working with Sarah I learnt I really am a confident person and that I’m unique and that showing up as me is what’s really important. I cleared lots of negative beliefs, I helped connect my head to my body again feeling a lot more in tune and a lot more in line. And finally realized that it’s safe to be me and that my parenting and the way that I’m parenting my son is just right for us. I also picked up a heap of tips and tricks from Sarah along the way. She’s amazing and would recommend her to anyone. She’s such a warm and loving and beautiful soul

The day with Sarah was one of the most confronting situations I’ve had to deal with. I was not in a good headspace when I arrived, but I knew I was “safe” to be myself with her. I trusted Sarah to guide me throughout the process to face the uncomfortable things I did not want to talk about, but knew that I had to, in order to release the negative thoughts and habits. Sarah made me feel extremely comfortable and took control during the times when I was associating too much with the pain. I walked out feeling like I’d released a huge burden. Sarah’s work also gave me the strength to deal with some uncomfortable situations. She also helped me realize some things about myself which I never knew were there. This consequently helped me understand why I potentially self-sabotage myself. I am so grateful to Sarah for her help and would happily recommend her to anyone needing guidance.
